Chicken Chili Garlic Curry:
Ingredients
Chicken 750 gram
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Curry powder 1 tbsp
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
White cumin ¾ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Blended tomatoes ¾ cup
Clarified butter ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Green coriander ½ bunch
Green chilies cut in length 6-7
Finely cut garlic 4 tbsp
Method
Add ginger garlic paste, salt and 2 tbsp clarified butter in chicken and cook until it gets tender. Heat clarified butter in a pan fry garlic and green chilies then remove. Now add ginger garlic paste, curry powder, tandoori masala, tomatoes and red chili powder and sautƩ gravy well. Then add cooked chicken and green coriander then leave it on dum. Now take out in dish and garnish with fry garlic and green chilies.

Cottage Cheese Kheer:
Ingredients:
Milk 1-1/2 liter
Boiled rice ¾ cup
Condensed milk ½ cup
Whole dried milk ½ cup
Cottage cheese ½ cup
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Dry fruit as required
Rose petal for garnish
Method:
In the milk add boil rice, cardamom cook.
When it thick add sugar and condensed milk.
After that add whole dried milk and cottage cheese cook till kheer thick.
Garnish with petal leaves and dry fruit. Serve after cool.

Hot pickled potato salad:
Ingredients:
Potatoes ½ kg
Onion (chopped) 1
Finely Chopped Salami ¾cup
Green & Black Olives ½ cup
Ingredients for Dressing:
Mayonnaise ¾ cup
Sour Cream ½ cup
Black Pepper (crushed) ¾ tsp
Salt as required
Spring Onion few leaves
