Recreating my Mom’s Chili Recipe that fed the 9 Children in her family.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 28 oz. Cans Cento Whole Peeled Tomatoes (crushed by hand)
2 15.5 oz Cans Kidney Beans
1 Med. to Large Onion Diced
1 Green Pepper Diced
1 6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
1-2 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Heaping Tbsp. Ground Cumin
1 Heaping Tbsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
