It’s a Day in the Life Vlog where I make some DELICIOUS, EASY, & TASTY vegan slow cooker chili and visit an animal sanctuary to meet all the rescued animals!
EASY VEGAN SLOW COOKER CHILI RECIPE:
Ingredients –
2 large cans tomato sauce
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 cans chili beans (I drained most of the liquid from the cans)
1 package plant based “beefy crumbles” (or sub an additional can of beans or veggies)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Stir together all ingredients in the crock pot or slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or 3-4 on HIGH.
Enjoy this easy slow cooker chili! It’s super hearty, filling, tasty, a little spicy, but so comforting!
