My chili and cornbread are sure to make you feel nice and cozy on a cold day! The turmeric and bone broth that’s added to the chili is a nice addition to reduce inflammation and promote gut health. Chili Recipe
– 1 pound of grass-fed beef (got mine at Burgundy Beef)
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1/2 yellow onion, diced
– 5 cloves garlic crushed
– 1/2 cup of beef bone broth
– 1/2 tbsp chili powder
– 1 tbsp smoked paprika
– 1/2 tablespoon cumin
– 1 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
– 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (not in the video but adds great flavor!)
Corn Relish Corn Bread Recipe
– Your favorite corn bread mix or recipe
– 1 cup corn relish
– Cook following the directions on the package, add about 20 minutes to the cooking time because of the corn relish
