Soybean chilli is a famous Asian dish. This dish is very tasty and also very hot and is a perfect snack. There are many types of chilli recipes such as: chicken chilli, tofu chilli, paneer chilli, etc. Usually soybean chilli recipe is prepared using nutri nuggets but we wanted to experiment with the boiled soybean seeds and the recipe turned out to be perfect. The soybeans are first boiled in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes so as to cook them completely. Then the outer skin of the soybean are removed and finally the soybeans are stir fried by adding different spices. The final product is a very tasty dish that can be used as a side dish or can also be used as snack.

INGREDIENTS:
Dry Soybean seeds = 1 cup
Chopped spring onion = half cup
Chopped capsicum = half cup
Tomato puree = half cup
Cornflour = 1 Tbsp.
Water = 2 Tbsp.
Green chilli = 2
Black pepper powder = one fourth tsp.
Chilli powder = half tsp.
Chopped garlic = 1 Tbsp.
Oil = for frying
Salt = as per taste
Soy sauce = 1 tsp.
Tomato ketchup = 2 Tbsp.
