To make Chili Peanut Masala:
• 1 bowl Peanuts
• 3-4 Dry Red Chili
• 6-7 Garlic Cloves
• 5 tbsp Sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup Coconut powder
• Salt
• 1 tbsp Olive oil (Optional)
To prepare Masala Aloo:
• 10 -12 small-sized Boiled Potatoes
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tbsp Carom seeds
• 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
• Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp Red Chili powder
• Salt
• 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
• 1 tbsp Dry Mango powder
• 1 tbsp Asafoetida (Hing)
To prepare Besan Batter:
• 1 cup Gram flour (Besan)
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt
• 1 & 1/2 cup Water
To deep-fry Vada :
• Oil for fry
• Mashed Potato Balls
• Besan batter
