This is how I make Chili Rellenos, which I consider “Colorado Style” after my research into this method only turned up Denver Post food articles (although, granted, my research was years ago). This method is significantly easier than others I’ve tried that are more authentic, so I hope more people try it in order to enjoy this great dish!
