WW FREESTYLE COOK WITH ME || Zero Point Chili! || MEAL PREP MONDAY

Thanks for tuning in for this week’s #mealprepmonday on #wwfreestyle with me 🙂 This week we are making a zero point chill. This is one of the easiest recipes you will ever see! Take down the recipes notes and #cookwithme!!

Ingredients:
-diced onion
-1-1.5 pound ground 98-99% fat free turkey breast
-beef broth (32oz)
-2 cans diced tomatos
-2 cans black beans
– 1 bell pepper diced (optional)
-McCormick Chili seasoning, chills powder

1) cook the onions/peppers on the stovetop at a low temperature
2) add your ground turkey and cook until brown
3) stir in the packet of chili seasoning
4) add the meat/onion mixture to the crockpot
5) drain and rinse the black beans
6) add everything in to the crockpot
7) if desired add additional chili powder. Then let it cook in the crockpot on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours (I prefer low for 8)
8) let me know how you like it!
