Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, preferably chuck
1-15 oz can tomato sauce
1-7 oz can kidney beans, drained
1-7 oz can pinto beans, drained
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp chili powder
¼ cup green bell pepper, medium dice
¾ cup yellow onion, finely chopped
Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil

0:10 Saute the ground beef in oil until evenly browned.
0:34 Drain any excess fat if necessary.
0:41 Transfer to your crockpot & add in your tomato sauce, pinto beans, yellow onions, kidney beans, green bell pepper, oregano, chili powder, cumin, coriander. Mix to combine
1:19 Season to taste with salt & pepper. Adjust accordingly.
1:32 Set the crockpot on high and cook for about 1½ hours to 2 hours
1:35 Serve hot together with sour cream & grated cheddar cheese
