As the weather turns colder, and crummy Summer (my least favorite season) gives way to Autumn, there’s a whole slew of things like apple cider doughnuts, horror movie marathons, Oktoberfest beers, and Halloween every-motherfucking thing that make this time of year even better! Chiefly among those things is a steaming bowl of chili, and OF COURSE I love a heavy, red meat version with peppers & tomatoes (although despite being from Ohio I believe it’s just gross to pour it over spaghetti), but one spoonful of this yummy concoction will convince you it’s just as worthy an addition to the game table for your pals.
