Ingredients:
(2) Lbs. Ground Venison (or Beef)
(1) Lb. Ground Mild Italian Sausage
(1) 16 oz. Can Black Beans
(2) 16 oz. Cans Chili Pinto Beans
(1) 16 oz. Can Chili Kidney Beans
(1) 27 oz. Can Kidney Beans (optional)
(1) 16 oz. Can Whole Kernel Corn
(10) Tbsp. Chili Seasoning (or 2 Packets)
(6-8) Cups Picante Salsa
(3-5) Dashes of Liquid Smoke (optional)
Instructions:
– Brown the venison and sausage.
– Stir in the beans and corn.
– Mix in the Chili Seasoning Packets.
– Pour in the Picante Salsa.
– Add a few dashes of Liquid Smoke to taste. (optional)
– Stir and serve! It’s ready to eat as soon as it’s hot.
