In this video, I will make Chilli Channa which is a very popular starter snack .Restaurant Style recipe is something different, super crunchy with delicious taste.
Ingredients:
Chole / Chickpeas / Kabuli Chana – 1 cup raw, soaked, boiled with salt
Corn Flour 1 cup
Water – to coat
Oil , for deep fry
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 3 tbsp finely chopped
Small onion – 1 finely chopped
Green Chilli – 3
Chili Sauce – 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp
Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper – as per taste
Greens of Spring Onion
Serving – 4 per
