Olive Oil
Vegetables: Onion, canned tomatoes, sweet potatoes
Black Beans
Garlic Cloves
Seasoning: Chili Powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
Vegetable Stock.
Sauté – Add onions to a pan and cook for 3-4 mins.
Cook the chili – Add in the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 mins.
