Chilli Beef Recipe || How to make Beef Chilli|| Beef Dry Chilli || Spicy Beef Chilli, #shorts

Ingredients:
Beef ( Julline cut) 2 kg
Soya sauce 4Tsp
Vinegar 2Tsp
Oyester 2Tsp
worchester sauce 2Tsp
Black pepper( Freshly crushed) 2Tsp
White pepper 1Tsp
Garlic( freshly chopped) 2Tsp
Cornflour 4tsp( 2tsp in marination, 2 tsp in gravy)
Oil 4 Tsp
Green chillies ( julline cut) to taste
Shimla mirch (julline cut) 1
Method:
Add soya sauce, oyeter, worchester, vinegar, black pepper, salt, 1tsp cornflour, white pepper in beef. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
Take oil in a pan and add chopped garlic saute for 2 mins then add marinated beef. When beef color changes cook for 20 mins then add capsicum and green chillies. cook for 5 mins then add corn flour and water according to desired consistency. Serve with white rice or zeera rice.
