Healthy Red Beans Soup | Dee’s Chili RedBeans Soupa Recipe | Episode 15

Well hello there Fam! I hope and pray you all doing well, here is a very healthy recipe I bring for y’all today from my kitchen to yours. Dee’s Red Beans Soupa.

Ingredients and instructions:

Mixed of different Beans
Chicken feet and chicken Gizzars Optional
Corn, Celery, Cucumbers, Onions, Leeks, rosemary, jalapeño, Green onions, sweet peppers, Oil,

1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon of Chicken Boullon
Dumplings Optional

To make the dumplings. Add water to a bowl mixed with salt then add to all purpose flour then mixed until thickened and then shape them your way of liking

To Marinade the Chicken Feet and Gizzards
1st clean them with salt, Vinegar, and limes then rinse off with regular water and boiling water
Next add your spices , I used some of my Haitian Epis along with others spices, then cooked separately from the beans.
