salt 1 tbsp, sugar 2 tbsp ,cooking wine 1/2 cup, fish sauce 1 tbsp

陳皮,桂皮,香葉,丁香,幹辣椒,小茴香,八角,蔥,姜
調味料:
鹽1湯匙,糖2 湯匙,米酒或料酒半杯,魚露1 湯匙
