Pan Fried Garlic Chili Parsley Fish Fillet | Italian Food | Recipe #1

this dish is my favorite because is easy and tasty. Crispy Pan fried fish pour with fragrant olive oil that is infused with garlic chili and parsley

Ingredients:

1 big size of fish fillet
4 tbsp olive oil
8 cloves of garlic
6 red curly chilies
A small handful of parsley
20 gr unsalted butter
2 tbsp of lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. season both sides of fish fillet with salt and pepper to taste
2. Finely chop garlic (I use garlic crusher), red curly chilies (remove the seed) and parsley
3. pour 1 tbsp of oil into frying pan and pan-fried fish with low heat until cooked
4. pour 3 tbsp of oil into frying pan and stir fry garlic and chili with low heat
5. add unsalted butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
6. turn off the heat, put parsley and then pour the infused oil on to the fish fillet

Note:
1. Choose any kind of fresh fish and fillet it yourself, better not to use frozen fish fillet
2. The amount of Salt and pepper can be adjusted to your taste
3. Good quality olive oil and butter give tastier flavor
4. Wearing plastic glove can prevent heat from chilies stick to your hand
5. Use low heat and cook for a little bit longer to make fish crispy
6. Use low heat to slowly infuse garlic and chili aroma into oil
7. For healthier choice use air fryer to fry the fish
8. Ignore chili for cooking non-spicy version
