Ingredients
7 cups of water total (1.5 cups to blend chiles)
2 roasted Anaheim chiles
2 roasted poblano chiles
1 to 2 large potatoes
2 large carrots
1 green onion, chopped
1 zucchini
1/2 medium onion
Small bunch of cilantro
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano
3 Tbsp Chicken bouillon (knorr), adjust to taste

Albondigas (meatball) ingredients
1 pound of ground turkey (chicken or pork )
1 egg
2 to 6 Tbsp Ap Flour
1/2 Tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper + 1 tspn chicken bouillon
1 tsp onion powder
Garlic optional
