This chorizo is left in its edible casing skin and is cut up into little balls and mixed into a simple homemade Chile. 2 big tomatoes
3 small green tomatoes (tomatillos)
3 Chile serrano
1/2 of small onion
cilantro
chicken bouillon to taste (consome)
1/2 cup of water
