Stuffed Chili Peppers and Red Sausage | Hong Kong Foods | Chinese Recipes

Ingredients
Chili Peppers (jalapeno style )
Red Sausage
mince white fish available in the wet market

seasoning
some oil
1 tsp cornstarch
some salt
sugar

Method
Rinse the chili Peppers,
mince fish ,then add all seasonings mix well ,and they are the fillings ready for stuffing. Then fill each chili with mince fish flatten the mince fish in Peppers

1 Heat oil in a pan
2 slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeds and membranes.
3 In a bowl ,mix the mince fish some salt ,sugar ,cornstarch, some oil and spring onion (if using)
4 Fill jalapenos with mince fish mixture
5 Cut diagonal the red Sausage spread on top with mince fish.
6 Over low to medium heat. wait until the oil starts to heat up Gently put in the stuffed peppers (meat side face down )until golden brown .Turn the other side don’t over cook chili Peppers
