Ingredients:
1. Diced raw jackfruit – 2 cups
2. Onion – 1 ( Big )
3. Bellpepper ( capsicum ) – 1/2 cup
4. Chopped garlic ( 6-7 cloves )
5. Chopped green chilli – 2
6. All purpose flour ( maida ) – 3 tbsp ( add according to the jackfruit chunks )
7. Cornflour – 1½ tbsp
8. Crushed ginger and garlic – 1 tsp ( ginger – 1 inch & garlic cloves – 3 )
9. Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
10. White sesame seeds – to decorate ( optional )
11. Salt to taste
12. Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp ( add according to your taste )
13. Chilli sauce ( red / green ) – 1 tbsp ( add according to your taste )
14. Soya sauce – 1/2 tbsp ( add according to your taste )
15. Vinegar – 1/4 tsp ** Do not add much **
16. Oil to fry
