In this video we will see how to make Mushroom Sevai in Tamil. It can be served for breakfast and dinner. With combination of coconut chutney it will be more tasty .
Note: Sorry for not mentioning in video, After keeping rice vermicelli 5 min in boiled water please filter the water and keep it as dry.
Ingredients :
Rice Vermicelli – 1 packet (200 g)
Onion -1 no
Green chili – 1 no
Tomato -1 no (small)
Mushroom -1/2 packet
Mint & Coriander Leaves
Red chili powder-1 Tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander powder -1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 Tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 Tsp
Oil & Salt
