Prawns Chili Dry With Vegetable :
Ingredients:
Prawns without tail ½ kg
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt ¾ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic powder 1 tbsp
Long red chili 6-7
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Capsicums ,onion cubes 1-1/2 cup
Method:
Firstly marination all ingredients mix in prawns .then heat oil and add whole red chili fry and remove .now add crushed garlic .then add marinated prawns .then oyster sauce ,tomato ketchup and chili sauce add and fry .then add capsicums and onion and fry .finally add sesame oil add and mix and serve .
Fish Meat Balls with Schezwan Sauce :
Ingredients:
Fish meat balls ingredients:
Boneless Fish 400 grams
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed green chili 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
Egg yolk 1
Oil for frying
Green onion for garnishing
Schezwan sauce ingredients:
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed green chili 1 tsp
Talhar chili paste 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar ½ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken stock ¾ cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
Fish balls all ingredients except oil add in a chopper and grind it then make balls and fry .now for sauce heat oil and ginger garlic and green chili fry .then add vinegar ,chili sauce talhar chili paste .crushed black pepper ,soya sauce and brown sugar add and mix then add chicken stock and corn flour mix when sauce thick .after this fish balls add and mix then remove and garnish with spring onion and serve .
Crab Fried Rice :
Ingredients
Boiled rice 2 cups
Oil ½ cup
Crab meat ¾ cup
Spring onion ½ cup
Chopped capsicums 4 tbsp
Crushed ginger 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Teriyaki sauce 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Crushed green chili 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry ginger garlic and chopped green chili and crab fry .then teriyaki sauce ,soya sauce ,crushed black pepper ,chicken powder and lemon juice add .after this add rice ,capsicums and green onion mix well then remove and serve .
