Ingredients:
85% 15% Ground Beef
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 Can of Stewed Tomato
1 Can of Tomato Sauce
1 packet of Chili Seasoning
1 Can of Dark Red Kidney Beans
Seasoning Used:
Seasoned Salt
Celery Salt
Garlic & Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Smoked Paprika
Italian Seasoning
Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions:
1.Begin by partially cooking ground beef. Rinse & drain beef with cold water then return to heat
2.Add chopped veggies to beef, season and cover with a lid. Allow veggies to soften.
3.Once veggies are soft, add stewed tomato & tomato sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed & thickness with water or chicken stock. Let simmer for 10 mins
4.Add rinsed beans and simmer until beans are tender
5.Serve in a bowl with desired side, garnish with sour cream, cheddar cheese, fresh jalapeño slices & enjoy!
