Ingredients for chicken marination
500 gm chicken
Salt according to taste
1/4 TSP black pepper powder
1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 TSP Red chili powder
1 egg
3 tbsp all purpose flour
2 Tbsp cornflour
Oil for frying
Ingredients for sauce
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp Finley chopped ginger
1 Tbsp Finley chopped garlic
2 Tbsp White part of spring onion
1 onion cut in cubes
1/2capsicum cut in cubes
Few red bell pepper
Few yellow Bell pepper
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
2 Tbsp green chillie sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 green chilli
1/4 TSP black pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt
Green part of spring onion
Cornflour water(1 tbsp cornflour+2 tbsp water)
