Paneer Chilli! This recipe comes together in 10 minutes, is deliciously easy to make and tastes heavenly. All you need are basic ingredients already in your pantry! It’s also a hit with both vegetarians and non vegetarians, and you can finally have a dish everyone will drool on together!

Just a protip! Make sure your paneer is well marinated and coated in cornflour before you fry them, to ensure they come out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Only add them to the sauce base at the last minute, to avoid them getting soggy earlier.
