Ingredients

1.Prepare masala for fish fry

Tilapia fish- 2
Fennel seed – 1tsp
Black pepper corns – ¾ tbsp
Turmeric – 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Salt – less than 1/2 tbsp
Coconut oil
2. Prepare masala paste

Coconut oil – 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped – 3 cloves
Ginger – medium size chopped
Green chillies – 2 (slit in to half)
Small onion sliced – ½ small bowl
Big onion sliced – 5 small size
Curry leaves- 1 string
Salt – ½ tsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – ¾ tsp
Coriander powder – ¾ tbsp
Fennel seed powder – ¾ tsp
Chili powder – 1tbsp
Garam masala – ¾ tsp
Chopped tomatoes – 2 chopped
Water – ¼ glass
coconut milk – 60ml

3.Now Ready to Wrap

Fried fish -2
Banana leaves
String for tying
Green chili- 1
Tomato -2 slices
Onion rings – 2 to 3
