Crockpot Chili
Duxtop Portable Induction Cooktop-
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground beef
1 Large Onion diced
2 Stalks celery diced
1 green bell pepper diced1 (15 ounce) can Pinto or Kidney beans(Drained)
1 (15 ounce) can Black beans, (Drained)
2 Cans (14 oz) Diced Tomatoes
1 Can tomato sauce
1 TBS minced garlic
1 TBS Garlic Powder
1 TSP Oregano
1 TSP Cumin
3 TBS chili powder
2 TSP Brown Sugar
1 TSP salt
1 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Basil Leaves
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Beef Broth
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Place the beef in a skillet over medium heat, and cook until evenly brown. Drain grease. Add meat to crockpot!
Step 2
Add oil to your skillet over medium heat, add onions, bell peppers, and celery. Cook until Translucent. Lower Heat add minced Garlic mix well and remove from heat. Add to crockpot!
Step 3
Mix in the rest of your ingredients. Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Whole Pinto beans, Black beans. Season with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, basil, oregano, black pepper, cumin, basil, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Beef Broth. Mix Well!
Step 4
Cover, and cook 7-8 hours on Low.
Mix after 3 hours and cover immediately!
