2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper* -optional
1 can of tomato paste
2 cans of diced tomato’s
1 can of beans (not keto friendly- skip for keto diet)
1 pound of ground turkey
Cheddar cheese
1 pepper
1/2 onion or 1/4 onion
