I am very excited to present my favourite video of our No Rule Ramen series. Finally it is time to enjoy the deliciousness of the ultimate vegan chilli Ramen recipe. It is full of flavours and so delicious. I literally crave for ramen almost every week 🙂 I enjoy it that much.

I am sure you will love this vegetarian ramen bowl. Do not worry. It is not burning hot. Just a little chilli and just a lot flavourful.

Vegetable Oil: 1 Tbsp
Vegetable Broth: 1 Ltr
Tofu: 150 gm
Noodles:125 gm
Vegetables:
Chopped Garlic: 3 cloves
Chopped Ginger: 1 inch piece
Onion: 1 large
Mushroom: 100 gm
Broccoli: 2 to 3 florets (big)
Snow Pea: 6 to 8 pieces
Spices:
Chilli Powder: ½ Tsp
Sambal Oelek: 2 Tsp
Salt: as needed
Plating (per plate)
Chilli Oil: 1 Tsp
Rice Vinegar: 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce: 1 Tsp
Roasted Peanuts (crushed): 1 – 2 Tbsp
Chilli Threads: garnish
Spring Onion: garnish
Boiled Edamame: 1 – 2 Tbsp
Sesame seeds – sprinkle on top
