Ingredients:
2 cups dry beans (cooked according to package instructions)
1lb organic ground Turkey
½ medium onion chopped
6 small sweet peppers (or equivalent) chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 Tbls olive or avocado oil
¼ cup chili powder (more or less to taste)
1 ½ Tbls basil
1-2 tsp salt (more or less to taste)
Pepper to taste
1/3 cup organic brown cane sugar
5 fresh tomatoes peeled and chopped (or 1-2 cans organic diced tomoatoes)
2 15oz cans organic tomato sauce
Water to thin out soup (optional)
Cornbread mix
Sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
