For 250 – 300 grams mushroom
corn flour 8 tbsp
all purpose flour 8 tbsp
salt 1/2 tbsp
pepper powder 1 tbsp (it depend on your taste)
ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
red chilly powder 1/2 tbsp
soya sauce 1 tbsp
For seasoning
green chillies 2-3
onions 1
ginger paste 1/2 tsp
garlic paste 1/2 tsp
capsicum 1
spring onions one hand full
tomato sauce 1 tbsp
chilly sauce 1 tbsp
soya sauce 1 tbsp
