Ingredients:

For Potato wedges
Potato 400 gms
Corn flour 2 tablespoons
Refined Flour half tablespoon
Salt half teaspoon
Black pepper 1/3 teaspoon
Oil for frying

For Honey Chilli
Oil 2 tablespoons
Chopped Garlic 2 tablespoons
Ginger chopped half inch
Dry Red chillis 10-12 Nos
Honey 2-3 tablespoons for tampering
Honey 1 tablespoon for flavor
Spring onion 2 Nos
Crushed Salted peanuts 1 tablespoon
Chilli Sauce 1 tablespoon
Water Half Cup
Corn Flour 1 teaspoon
Salt for taste
Black/ white pepper Powder 1/3 teaspoon
White Til half teaspoon for garnish

For Honey Peri Peri potatoes
Peri peri Mix 1 tablespoon
Rest of the recipe remain same. Add less red chillis as peri peri is also a spicy flavor.

Method:

1. Cut potato into wedges and half boil.
2. Coat Potato with Corn flour, Refund flour, salt and pepper. Keep the wedges in Fridge for 1 hour. Till the time cut all the Vegetables.
3. Deep fry on high flame to make wedges crispy.
4. Heat oil add chopped garlic and Ginger. Now add 2-3 tablespoons of honey and cook it on high flame till smoking point comes.
5. At this point add spring onion and Red chilli sauce, crushed peanuts. Add all ingredients after every 30 seconds while saute it.
6. Add water to blend and cook everything. Now add corn flour slurry to the gravy to make it little thick.
7. Add Salt and pepper to seasoned it.
8. Add potato wedges and cook for 2-3 minute on high flame.
9. Garnish with spring onions and white sesame seeds/til and serve hot.
