INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken breast
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1 green cubanela pepper
1 cup of peppers of colors (red and yellow)
1/2 cup of green sauce made with tomatillos and jalapeños
1 cup corn
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon sweet or hot red chili
8 oz cream cheese
1.5 cups of cooked white beans
Fresh coriander to taste
To decorate:
Avocado
Mozzarella cheese
Red pepper
