Here is an incredible fried rice recipe which I made with the homemade chilli oil. That homemade chilli oil is without a doubt – A magical oil 🙂
It tastes good in ramen, rice, noodles…This chilli garlic fried rice has homemade chilli oil as a base and it adds a very different flavour to a regular fried rice recipe. If you haven’t tried this chilli oil at home, you must make it and keep it in your refrigerator at all times.

This chilli garlic fried rice is so simple to make and it is perfect for those lazy days when you don’t want to cook anything but still want something homemade to eat. It gets ready in 10 – 15 minutes only. You just need some leftover rice and chilli oil. This garlic chilli fried rice has become our go to recipe and especially because Jatin loves it a lot. I make it almost every week. No wonder my chilli oil is finished in just a few weeks 😀
You also try this chilli garlic fried rice. Best thing is that it is vegan. So all the vegan food lovers, this is a treat for you guys. Simple, Easy and so delicious.

Ingredients to make Chilli Garlic Fried Rice – Made with Homemade Chilli Oil
Chilli Oil – 3 Tbsp
Cooked Rice – 1 Cup
Finely chopped Garlic – 4 large
Finely chopped Ginger – 1 inch piece
(Cut long) Green Onion – 4 stalks
Mushrooms – 200 gms
Beans – ½ Cup
Bell Peppers (all 3 colours) – ¼ of a piece each
Soy Sauce – 2 Tbsp
Vinegar – 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Garnish:
White & Black sesame seeds
Chopped spring onion
Red Chillies
