As I said on the video, I’m not a vegetarian, so I don’t consider myself an expert but there’s a lovely channel I follow called Kerrie Jervis and I’ve linked Kerrie’s channel here, she has some brilliant vegetarian recipes, hauls and meal ideas.
Kerrie Jervis
Ingredients – Makes 8 Portions
1 tbs tomato puree
2 tsp chilli powder (I used hot)
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 chillies (I used one red and one green)
2 sticks of celery
1 tbs Worcester sauce
4 cloves of garlic crushed
100g mushrooms
2 large carrots
2 large onions
2 tins chopped tomatoes
2 tins green lentils
1 tin black beans or your favourite pulse
1 can of sweetcorn or fresh baby sweetcorn chopped
1 pint stock (I used Knorr vegetable stock pot)
Salt and pepper
