This is a tasty and easy Carne Asada Chili recipe that is great for making chili dogs or just a big bowl of chili for yourself. I’m using Costco brand Kirkland all beef hot dogs…I love them. It’s the same hot dogs they use in the Costco food court…yumm.
All you need is 2 cans of red kidney beans.
2 cans of pinto beans.
1 large can of stewed tomatoes.
Your leftover Carne Asada
Hot dogs
Shredded cheese
