Ingredients used:
– 1/2 red onion
– 1 large green bell pepper
– 2 cans of tri-blend beans
– 1 can dark red kidney beans
– 1 can pinto beans
– 1 can chili beans
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– 2 cans diced tomatoes w/ green Chile’s
– 1/2 cup Jalapeños
Directions:
– put pot on stove on medium heat w/ vegetable oil & pink Himalayan salt
– chop red onion, add to pot along with chopped green pepper and chopped jalapeños. Let simmer for a few minutes
– add all cans of beans & tomatoes & stir
– add pink Himalayan salt, chili powder, cumin, ground pepper, dandos original seasoning to taste & stir
– let sit for 20 minutes so everything can cook & thicken & serve ❤️
