Chilli Paneer
Preparation Time:- 20 mins
Cooking Time:- 15 mins
Ingredients:-
For Batter
200 gm Paneer
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
oil to deep fry
For Chilli Paneer
50 ml refined oil
6-7 cloves garlic
2 whole onions cube cut
2 bell peppers colour of your choice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp cornflour slurry( water + cornflour)
1 spring onion
Garnish:-
with green spring onion
Process:-
* coat the paneer in batter and deep fry it
* for chilli panner heat the oil add garlic saute a little bit the add diced onions and bell peppers
* add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato ketchup
* add sugar and salt to taste and 1/2 cup water to lighten the sauce
*prepare cornflour slurry to thicken the sauce add fried panner and serve hot
