This video recipe is about how to make Chili. This easy homemade Chili combines beef and vegetables to create a copycat version of Wendy’s Chili.

Ingredient List:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 small diced onion
1 small diced green bell pepper
3 stalks diced celery
3 TBLSP chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sugar or alternative sweetener
15 ounce can of drained pinto beans
15 ounce can of drained kidney beans
15 ounce can of chopped tomatoes with juice
4 cups tomato juice
Prepare chili as shown in the video. This chili recipe may also be prepared in a slow cooker. Follow preparation steps but instead of transferring cooked ingredients to a soup pot use the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Low for 5-6 hours.
