Crispy Chili Garlic Potato wedges | T’stove
Ingredients & Process :
Potato 3 medium size
Washed the Potatoes and Soak for 10 minutes
Boil for 5 mins, It would be Half cooked
Let it cool down
Flour 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Water 1/3 cup
Mix well
Boiled potatoes
Coat with the mixture very well
Take Hot Oil in a Frypan
Fry until golden brown in medium flame
Butter 1 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 1 Tbsp
Saute for 1 mins
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
Potatoes
Mix well
Ready !!!!
You Have to Take 3 Potatoes and Cut them as Wedges Shape.Then Washed them With water and Soak for 10 minutes.Then Boil for 5 minutes.Beacuse then it would be Both crispy and soft inside.After cool down you have coat with the mixture mention in the recipe.As it is a chili garlic wedges you can paprika powder as your taste.You Have to fry the wedges in hot oil,So that it woulbe be very crispy.Take a frypan and add butter and chopped garlic and soat for 1 minutes. After that remove the frypan from the stove and add chili flacks,chopped Coriander and potatoes.It smells nice when you add the garlic and coriander.
