Today I present you a quick and easy recipe of “Chilli Chicken” “Chilli Garlic Chicken” “Chilli Chicken” “Chilli Chicken” “চিলি চিকেন” “চিলি মুরগি”. Hope you all will enjoy this recipe and “Enjoy the Taste of Love” !

Ingredients:-
For Marination ::::::::::::
1. Chicken,boneless :- 700bgm
2. Lemon juice :- 1 tbsp
3. Cornflower :- 3 tbsp
4. Black pepper powder :- 1 tbsp
5. Turmeric powder – half tbs
6. Egg – 1
7. Salt to taste
8. Cumin,Ginger,Garlic,Chilli paste : 1 tbsp
1Oil for frying all the marinated Chicken
For preparing the Gravy :::::::::
1. Oil :- 2 tbsp
2. Garlic chopped:- 2 tbsp
3. Ginger paste :- 1 tbsp
4. Capsicum Cut into cubes :- 1 medium
5. Onions cut into cubes :- 1 big
6. Soya sauce :- 2vtbsp
7. Tomato sauce :- 4 tbsp
8. Green chilli sauce :- 4 tbsp
9. Cornflower 1 tbsp & some water mix
10. Water:- 1 cup / Chicken stock
sprinkle with some spring onions.
** serve hot with any kind of Rice Recipe like Fried Rice, Polao , Tomato Rice, Jeera Rice ..
