I grew up cooking in the kitchen as a family I passed this on to my kids we also cook in the kitchen. It’s about having fun, laughing, putting that same positive energy and love into the dishes that we are all creating out of the space of love. Remember what you put in your food is what you get out. I put nothing but love in my food and my family and friends taste it throughout my recipes each and every meal. Cooking shouldn’t feel as if it’s a burden that’s the wrong energy to step into a kitchen with. I love cooking and I love music and that combination alone always puts me in a great mood to cook it goes down in my kitchen all the time when my pots and pans come out lol no lie.
