The Best CHILLI PANEER RECIPE
This recipe is the best of the best. Itās a top shelf vegetarian dish. It WILL be your go to recipe! Itās sweet and spicy (not the combination I normally like) but this is a match made in heaven… for real! TRY IT!
INGREDIENTS:
-1kg paneer, cubed,
The paneer batter:
-4 tbsp plain flour,
-4 tbsp corn flour,
-add water till a runny consistency,
-1 tsp salt, black pepper, red chilli powder/paprika,
The chilli paneer base and veg:
-2 tbsp oil,
-6 garlic cloves, finely ground,
-palm size ginger, finely ground,
-2 green chillies, finely ground,
-1 tsp cumin seeds,
-1 tsp salt, adjust to taste,
-3 dried whole red chillies,
-1 tsp red chilli powder,
-5 tbsp tomato sauce,
-5 tbsp sweet chilli sauce,
-4 tbsp soy sauce,
-3 white onions, cubed,
-2 tbsp tomato paste,
-2 tbsp lemon juice,
-200ml water (more may be required),
-3 peppers, cubed, assorted colours for the aesthetics,
-deep fried paneer (as made above),
-garnish with as much coriander as you like!
