Onion (cubes) – 2/3 cup
Capsicum ( cubes) – 2/3 cup
Finely chopped ginger – 1 tsp
Finely chopped garlic – 1 tsp
Green chilies – 2 to 3
Chopped spring onion white – 1/4 cup
Chopped Spring onions – 1/4 cup
Red chili sauce – 1 tbsp ( or to taste )
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Vaniger – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
