Ingredients
100 gm boneless chicken
Salt to taste
1 tbsp white paper powder
1 tbsp ginger and 1 tbsp garlic paste
1 demi das spoon soya sauce
1 beaten egg, white portion
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp conflour
Oil for frying
1 tbsp ginger and 1 tbsp garlic, finely chop
4 green chilli chop
1 Cerely leave
Spring onion
Onion cut in cubes
Capsicum cut in cubes
1 tbsp tomato catchup
White paper for taste
1 demi das spoon soya sause
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli paste
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Carrot flower and spring onion for garnish
Methods
Mix together the chicken, egg, cornflour, flour, ginger and garlic paste, salt to taste, so that the chicken pieces are coated with the better. Leave this for about 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan and deep – fry the chicken pieces over high heat to begin with and then lower the flame. Fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic chop, onion, spring onion, Cerely leaves chop and stir-fry over high heat until they are translucent.
Add green chillies and saute for a minute.
Add salt, white paper, soya sauce, kashmiri red chilli paste, tomato catchup, red chilli sauce and deep fried chicken, spring onion, Cerely leaves, and toss well.
Cook for 2mins
Serve hot, garnish with the spring onion
