This is a very healthy and tasty dish. Fish is full of protien and minerals. It is very good for skin and developing muscle. This is a very yummy and easy to make also. I use Aar fish but bhatki fish is also applicable. The fish should be of big size and boneless. I use capsicum, onion and green chilli. All these vegetables are very healthy. You can have it with roti, paratha, polau, fried rice. It is perfect for lunch and dinner. You can also arrange a small home party with this dish.
