ingredient s :

2 cupsĀ soyabean

1Ā large onion cubed

1Ā capsicum cubed

1 tbspĀ ginger garlic paste

2Ā green chillies cut lengthwise

2 tbspĀ green chilli sauce

4-5 tbspĀ tomato ketchup

1 tbspĀ red chilly sauce

1 tspĀ soy sauce

to tasteĀ Salt

Oil for frying

For marination- 3 tbsp Cornflour

1 tspĀ red chilli powder

1 tbspĀ ginger garlic paste

to tasteĀ Salt

process :

Take boiling hot water in a bowl, add soya chunks in it and let it rest till the soya chunks are soft.

Once they are soft squeeze out the excess water from the soyabean and keep it aside.

In a bowl take soya bean add all the marination ingredients and mix it well

Heat oil in a pan, once hot add marinated soya chunks and fry till golden from all sides.

Take it out on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil.

Heat oil in another pan add onions and cook for few seconds then add ginger garlic paste and let it cook till the raw smell of garlic goes.

Next add green chili along with capsicum saute for a minute. Do not over cook at this stage as the capsicum will loose its crunch.

Next add all the sauces and season with salt and pepper. Mix it well.

Next add fried soya chunks toss it well in the sauces cook for a minute garnish with some spring onion greens (optional) and Serve!!
