Hello & welcome, We are gifting you the SUPREMO mac ‘n’ cheese recipe made with Poblano peppers! Our recipe will have pasta that is generously coated with cheesy, buttery goodness. Bake at 380 degrees (F) for 20-22 minutes
Ingredients
1 box of macaroni pasta + enough water to boil
3 Poblano peppers
1/2 white onion
1 cup half and half
1 cup sour cream (Lala Mexican sour cream)
1 cup panko crumbs
1/2 cup Cotija Mexican cheese
5 Oz Queso Fresco
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup warm water
1 Tbsp minced garlic (about 4 garlic cloves)
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp AP flour
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional- Small bunch cilantro
