INGREDIENTS* :
For the deep-fry :
Potatoes – 4 ( cut into wedges )
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
For the sauce :
Oil – 3 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp ( chopped )
Green chillies (small ) – 3 ( sliced )
Ginger – 1 inch ( sliced )
Onion – 1 ( cut into rings )
Capsicum – 1/2 ( sliced )
Chilli powder – 1 & 1/2 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 3/4 tbsp
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Spring onion greens – 3 tbsp + garnish ( chopped )
* 1 CUP = 250ml
